We finally had time last week to put the final touches to our mobile website. According to mobithinking.com 60% of all mobile handsets shipped in 2009 can browse the mobile Web and this is set to grow to 80% by 2013. With the number of people accessing the mobile Web growing fast we've made sure our site is optimised for the best possible experience.
We’ve tailored our mobile website specifically towards the iPhone, Google Android and the Palm Pre to take advantage of the webkit-based browsers (which basically lets us take advantage of the touch controls). Got an iPhone? Simply visit the design militia website from your mobile handset as you normally would on a laptop or computer. Let us know your feedback.
If you're using Google Analytics to track website traffic, you can also track visits from mobile handsets. Google Analytics released a method to track iPhone users on your website back February 2009.
